10x- 1 kickback, 2 curls, 3 presses, 5# each side
15 close grip pushups
20 leg hip raises
45 sec. bicycle (fast and hold)
3rds:
20 Vlateral pull downs, 15#
10 plank with alternating side leg lift
1rd (shoulder circuit):
1 front raise + 2 lateral raise + 3 90 degree rotator cuff rotations + 4 alternating press, 2.5 lbs each side
