12 caterpillar crawls + 2 knee in – EACH LEG (OUCH!!!)
1rd:
10x – 2 rows + 1 kickback, 10#
15 overhead tricep pullover, 20#
20 pushups
pm workout
40 minute stair climber intervals (lvl. 4 – 15)
