XX: Sprints 3x/week

Food Log

8 am: 1 scoop protein + 8oz water

10:30 am: 2 slices bacon + 2 organic farm raised eggs

12:30 pm: 3 sweet potato enchiladas with ground beef (from Caveman Cuisine)

1:30 pm: True Coffee

7:30 pm: 3 sweet potato enchiladas (left over from lunch)

9 pm: handful of gluten-free peanut brittle
