20 leg raise + twist

20 bosu side crunches, 5# with hand in air – each side
pm workout
20 1 minute sprint at speed 10 with 1.5 – 2 minute cool down on 3.5
This was my first time on a treadmill that I felt free to run, and run hard. It’s made by FreeMotion (the makers of the Ryde machine at Kor180) and is a pretty sweet number, check it out here.
