15 jumping broad jumps (2 sec hold-jump-2 sec hold-down- cross between hand & opposite foot (side, obliques))

1rd:
15x- 1 row + 2 curls + 3 presses
30x- curls-10 right + 10 left + 10 both during air squat against wall
20 crunches with 10#
